Is It Easy Being Green?

This item is promoted as a “cooling facial mist is fortified with green superfoods to instantly quench, cool, and nourish skin and set makeup, while helping protect against environmental aggressors.”

The green superfoods included are kale and spinach, along with hydrating and cooling rose of Jericho. This mineral and antioxidant-rich facial mist refreshes, cools, and soothes skin on contact. It is good for all skin types and promises solutions for dryness, dullness and uneven texture.

Do not be scared by the green hued liquid in the bottle as it does spray clear onto skin. It is formulated without parabens, sulfates and phthalates. It is also non-comedogenic, allergy-tested, and free of artificial fragrance and colorants – a thing I always look for in any of my products as I have extremely sensitive skin.

What appealed to me about this spray was the beneficial ingredients such as:

·      Aloe Leaf Juice: 
       A succulent plant renowned for its soothing and hydration properties.

·      Vital Greens Extract Blend (Kale, Spinach, Cucumber, and Spirulina):
       Helps nourish skin and help protect against environmental aggressors.

Final Verdict

If you are looking for a product where you will see a dramatic difference this isn’t it.  Or if you are looking for a setting spray that will lock and load your makeup for hours on end - keep looking. I wouldn’t describe it as must have product but it is a nice addition to my makeup cabinet and does leave my skin feeling revitalized and refreshed throughout the day. I spray it when I feel like my skin could use an extra boost without reapplying makeup.  I also find that when used after moisturizing it does have a nice cooling and soothing effect. I will likely repurchase during the summer months as the size is great to take along in your purse or travel makeup bag.
