The Eyes Have It with Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado

I have been searching for a new eye cream after a few bad experiences that left my undereyes feeling awful and looking worse. I had a Sephora cast member prepare a sample for me while wandering through the store. Boy, am I glad I did. I bought it almost immediately. Read on for all my thoughts on my newest daily must have. 

What Is It?

KIEHL'S SINCE 1851 Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado is an under-eye cream formulated with avocado oil to hydrate and smooth the delicate eye area.

What’s Nice About It?

This beautifully formulated eye cream is a gentle moisturizing treatment that stimulates the eye area without migrating into the eyes. It contains highly effective natural ingredients that provide hydration and protection. 

Other Niceties

This product is ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested.

First Impression

It looks thin in consistency, has no discernible smell and feels smooth and emollient to the touch.  

Application Reflection

The product was smooth to the touch and emulsified very quickly upon application to my undereye area. I would definitely recommend only using a small amount as a little really does go a long way. It spread easily under the eyes and soaked into the skin nicely leaving my under eyes and eye orbital visibly hydrated and smooth looking. It layered beautifully with makeup and was virtually undetectable other than the smoothness  it left behind.

How to Use

•    Without pulling at the skin apply gently with fingertip along the orbital bone
•    Lightly tap around the eye area until you see the product sink in

      acid proteins, vitamins A, D, E, and potassium.
•    Cocoa Butter: Softens and lubricates skin.
•    Shea Butter which protects skin from dehydration, restores skin's suppleness, and improves
      the appearance of dry skin.

This one is a clear winner I think it would be good for anyone looking for an eye cream that just works and will absolutely not irritate.

Final Thoughts

After much searching and much unfortunate irritation around my eyes this is the only eye cream that just did exactly what it said it would. It hydrated my under eyes and left them feeling softer, suppler, and more youthful-looking. From the very first use the results were evident and I found myself reaching for it again and again.
