This product is non-irritating, non-sensitizing, dermatologist tested, and cruelty-free.

FIRST IMPRESSION & APPLICATION REFLECTION

First it must be mentioned that Tatcha is indeed true luxury with their skincare, the exquisite packaging alone makes you feel glamorous. I was intrigued by the many aspects of this mask, namely that it is a combination of clay, fruit and AHA’s – all things I love in masking but in ONE.

This beauty product was inspired by one of the most geisha’s most beloved beauty secrets for radiant skin - the face pack. It is a little thicker than I would have originally thought but does apply nice and even with the provided spatula tool. The smell is very pleasant and not overly perfumed – I do however, wish it was fragrance free.

I am not usually particular about a colour of mask when making my selections but even I must admit the purple is fun and is just one enjoyable aspect of applying this mask. It does definitely give skin a boost of radiance. After rinsing my skin feels smooth and soft.

I do notice that it can feel slightly more intense on my sensitive skin in the colder drier months. I do make sure to apply lots of moisturizer afterwards but there is no serious adverse effects like peeling redness etc. It is a little pricey but it does last quite a long time. Even the sample size I got first gave my quite a few applications.

HOW TO USE

• After your cleansing routine, apply a thick even layer of the mask to skin, avoiding the eye area.
• Let mask set and leave on for 15-20 minutes
• Rinse thoroughly with warm water
• Moisturize as usual
• This mask can be two to three times per week
( I would not exceed this recommended usage as it could be too harsh for skin if used more)

Love It – Try It

This mask is not only beautiful in colour but beautiful in its results. I do enjoy the combination of AHA and Tatcha's signature Hadasei-3 (a trinity of anti-aging Japanese superfoods) which restores healthy-looking skin and produces a youthful radiance. I really am impressed with the look and feel of my skin. If you are looking to brighten your complexion and give a good dose of glow. This is definitely a must try.
