It’s great to add some innovation to your skincare routine so when I saw I was receiving the newest scientific product from Lancôme and Influenster in exchange for my honest review I could not have been more excited to test it out.
Lancôme Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum: For Plumping & Anti-Aging
(CAD $170.00) is a lightweight serum designed to target visible volume loss, wrinkles, and act as a dark spot corrector to improve the look of skincare concerns associated with aging.
Each ingredient in the serum, represented by the name H.C.F.—Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C & Niacinamide and Ferulic Acid—is housed in separate chambers. With each pump of the product, the ingredients are freshly mixed, maintaining higher potency levels to for visibly correction of signs of aging.
The triple action comes from the following ingredients:
Hyaluronic Acid: Designed with fragmented molecules to enhance absorption into skin and improve moisture retention, which can visibly plump and smooth skin.
C+Niacinamide: Unique combination of a potent, fast-working form of vitamin C and niacinamide which are known for their ability to visibly reduce dark spots, brighten the skin’s appearance, and smooth the look of fine lines and wrinkles.
Ferulic Acid: A powerful antioxidant known to provide skin-protecting properties, neutralize harmful free-radical damage, and protect against oxidative stress that can accelerate skin aging.
The packaging is luxurious and lightweight. It was difficult during the first application to get all 3 products out of their chamber at the same time which led to some wasted product but it did dispense better with frequent use.
The scent is heavy upon application - it does dissipate slightly after application, but it does still remain - so if you are scent sensitive this might not be one for you. Once applied it does have a little bit of stickiness but that does make it perfect for adherence to other products. My skin does look firmer as well as visibly plump, so the hyaluronic acid is really doing its job. I also did notice that my skin appeared brighter and more smooth after multiple uses.
Although, I really did enjoy this serum and it made my skin look great - given its strong fragrance and the high price point it is unlikely I would repurchase unless it was during a sale. But if you are looking to upgrade your beauty routine and don’t mind fragrance this might be just the one you’ve been looking for.
