Staying Cozy in Silver Icing
As you know from previous posts this last year I have been a yoga clothes and self care sweats lover. But it was definitely time I expanded my horizons from my typical wears.
Lucky for me my wonderful friend Mel had just the thing for me. She has been working with Silver Icing as a stylist for the past few months now and told me all the reasons I really had to try their stuff. After giving me all her thoughtful stylist suggestions we landed on this outfit which Mel was so convinced I would love she gifted it to me in exchange for my honest review.

Synergy Leggings in Black & Rose Gold Splatter

These leggings are next level - and I will admit I was somewhat skeptical being a loyal buyer to some of my favourite brands but these do actually rival some of my favorites from Zella, Aerie and Alo. They have just enough stretch to keep you comfortable but still keep everything looking tight and right. I personally love a very high waist legging, considering my tummy is where I define my trouble area (we’ve all got ‘em) I am also curvy for 5’1 around my hips and this slims everything down and feels weightless not restrictive.
These leggings are made with 4 Way Comfort fabric which allows them to not lose their shape as you wear them (no sagging) and fit completely true to size. I always find online sizing a bit difficult but thankfully the helpful size guide and model guide on Silver Icing uses real women to show you the exact fit of all their styles. These leggings have medium compression and are also moisture wicking which make them great for working out or just hanging out. The fabric 87% polyester, 13% elastane which keeps you comfortably cool and they are stretchy in all the right places.
You might thing that $74.95 is a lot for leggings but trust me these are built to last.
I have bought expensive and I have bought cheap leggings and the worth is in the wear these are leggings worth investing so they can keep you looking great for years to come.

This sweatshirt was limited edition for holiday but trust me the message is not lost on me yearlong. In my opinion everyday deserves to be a celebration especially in times like this and I catch myself remembering just that every time I see myself in the mirror wearing this sweatshirt.
I have lusted after This Brunette the Label sweats for A LONG TIME but never took the plunge and now that I have it is surely going to be one of my top brands to repurchase.
The quality of this sweatshirt is very high and simply feels amazing. It is the perfect kind of cozy with it’s classic fit which I find supremely comfortable and I personally like my cozy gear a little more roomy. It is made of 55% polyester, 45% cotton (a great blend in my opinion) and has the softest inner lining. I swear you will never want to get out of it. This item may have been limited edition and therefore there are limited sizes available however, there are many ways to slay the day with positivity in a multitude of Brunette The Label pieces available through Silver Icing.
Overall Thoughts
I am so lucky to have a stylist as a friend who turned me on to this fashionable buying option. I am loving the options I have tried so far and already have my eye on other pieces.
